An Integrative Approach to Optimal Function

mo·bil·i·ty: (noun) the ability to move or be moved freely and easily

Improving and maintaining mobility is one of the most important things you can do in living an active lifestyle. It is commonly thought that as part of the aging process, we lose mobility. The truth is, we lose mobility because we don't fully utilize it.

I offer a unique approach in the way that I work, but it is guided by the desire to help a person realize their fullest potential. I believe the foundation to guiding someone through a process of change is built upon awareness, education, commitment and support.

I am here to help you take the next step in your personal evolution.

ROLFING® Structural Integration

Rolfing® Structural Integration is a unique form of manual therapy bodywork and movement education that seeks to organize and balance the human body as it relates to gravity. Imbalances show up as excess tension & strain, chronic pain & soreness, limited mobility, decrease in energy, change in mood, decreased physiological function, poor posture, generally not feeling “at home” in your own body. However, these are not permanent states of being. A Rolfer® observes structural imbalances & faulty movement patterns and through precise, slow, sustained touch can restore global function invoking a renewed sense of vitality and well-being.
